1. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders totaling $49 USD or more. For orders under $49 USD, a single flat shipping fee applies to multi-item orders with no extra per-item charges. For single-item orders, we keep shipping costs as low as possible while meeting basic international delivery standards, with no hidden or excessive fees.
2. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. We accept all payment methods supported by PayPal, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and integrated digital payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. In-house installment or split-payment plans are not currently offered.
3. How long will delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from our primary shipping hub in Guangzhou, China. Standard seaborne delivery typically takes 14 days or less to reach most international destinations. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is shipped.
4. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return or exchange for non-human damage. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
