Refund & Returns Policy

At ESCCASE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be free from any physical damage, scratches, or visible signs of wear and tear.

  • Unused: The item must not have been put into regular use (testing for functionality is permitted).

  • Complete Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and accessories.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)

If your electronic accessory arrives damaged or is non-functional upon first use, please contact us at support@esccase.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

4. Standard Returns (Customer Responsibility)

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong model), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@esccase.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  3. Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior authorization.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
